Leadership

Douglas Riggs and William J. Riggs, III have been extensively involved in the company since the early 1980s. Douglas now serves as President and William, III serves as Vice President. Susan Collier joined the company in the early 1990s and serves as Vice President of Property Design.

Our leadership team ensures that our projects are customized to suit each client’s needs, resulting in economical and highly efficient buildings. We provide exceptional design recommendations and we carefully manage projects utilizing our experience and our excellent relationships with state and local authorities, architects, engineers, local vendors, subcontractors and unions.
