Our Legacy

Riggs & Gallagher was founded in 1975 by William J. Riggs, Jr. and the late Thomas L. Gallagher. Bill Riggs and Tom Gallagher each had over 20 years of experience in running mid to large scale construction projects prior to the creation of Riggs & Gallagher.
