Our Legacy

Riggs & Gallagher was founded in 1975 by the late William J. Riggs, Jr. and Thomas L. Gallagher. Bill Riggs and Tom Gallagher each had over 20 years of experience in running mid to large scale construction projects prior to the creation of Riggs & Gallagher. Bill’s son, William J. Riggs, III, joined the company in the early 1990’s and during his time at Riggs & Gallagher developed a strong portfolio of clients. William is now enjoying an active retirement.
